Who loves waffles? I do, I do!
Aodhan had an early morning visitor, and I had to use Vegan Brunch waffles to wake Kevin from the depths of Saturday morning sleep. It worked like a charm!!!This is a fast post, but I promised a totally cool mom, who I ran into while visiting Kevin at work yesterday, that I would get back on the blog-horse. So, here I am.
These waffles were fantastic and I recommend to anyone who doesn't yet have Vegan Brunch to get out there and grab it. Everything I have made from it has turned out amazingly yummy. I used the Old Fashioned Waffle recipe and added about 2 cups of fresh Belgian Blueberries. The recipe made enough to store in the fridge for some breakie tomorrow. Yum Yum!

They are so pretty! I need to get that book! And welcome back; I fell off the blogging wagon, but recently got back in to it. Yay!
When I wanted to become a Vegan, I did a lot of Google searching for recipes & alternatives to food that I already consume. I came across Kristen's Raw & I found that her ebooks are very useful, quick and easy to use.
Check it out sometimes!
She has great Vegan-Style deserts!
Welcome back!! And mmmm I'm a sucker for waffles. Any waffle!
I miss my waffle iron!
Welcome back! Waffles are such a great breakfast.
Blueberries are my favorite thing to add to waffles, pancakes, muffins, bagels! :) Pretty much any breakfast food!

They look scrumptiously scrumptious! A lot of people have fallen off the bloggy wagon these days, we'll probably all hop back on and cosy in once winter starts!
blueberry waffles are great. it's hard to be mad about anything when there's something to eat with big ol' fat blueberries in it.
